Step five is crafting an irresistible offer that separates you from generic coaches, focuses on results, and prevents price-based competition. Steps six through nine include enrollment mastery that handles objections early, designing a signature program that goes beyond workouts and diets, automating systems with tools like CRMs and funnels, and building a small support team so you can focus on coaching. The full framework keeps coaches from skipping steps or building in the wrong order, which is the main reason their business collapses when they try to scale.
